RCDP Victory in 2025 Fund

riversidecostg · August 9, 2024 ·

RCDP Victory in 2025 Fund

Our party represents over 530,000 Democrats across Riverside County. We are working hard to engage voters, organizing on the precinct level, and supporting candidates with innovative voter outreach methods. The RCDP will focus on representing our shared values and working toward an inclusive and just Riverside County.

To continue that work, we’re excited to announce our RCDP VICTORY IN 2025 Fund—our party’s new effort focused on electing Democrats up and down the ballot. This fund is designed to power our grassroots efforts, expand our voter engagement, and sustain our innovative strategies to build a stronger, more inclusive Riverside County.

Please join us by showing your support for fellow Democrats.

Candidate Monthly Speaking Policy

  • All candidates must email the Chair of the Candidate Development Committee with no less than 3 days notice at candidates.rcdp@gmail.com
  • Candidates are subject to space and time per discretion of the RCDP Chair and Candidate Development Chairs. Speaking opportunities will be granted on a first come basis.
  • Candidates MUST adhere to the Codes of Conduct of both the County and State Democratic parties.
  • Endorsements by the Central Committee will not take place during the general meeting. Personal endorsements should be treated as just that, personal and taken outside of the meeting.
  • A candidate can use their 1st (first) speaking opportunity to introduce themselves, their campaign, values, website, and whatever they feel is necessary, including making a financial ask. They will be permitted a strict maximum of three (3) minutes. Candidates shall only speak once every ninety (90) days.
  • Candidates on their and subsequent speaking opportunities are limited to campaign updates. This is not to include “hard asks”. If the candidate so desires, their website or other contact information can be listed in the chat. Candidates are limited to a strict 2 minutes.
  • Candidates must be able to meet the minimum registration time of 90 days before endorsement in order to speak.
  • Speaking will take place at the end of meetings, unless special arrangements have been made ahead of time. Proxies will not be accepted for initial visits.
