They will be permitted a strict maximum of three (3) minutes. Candidates shall only speak once every ninety (90) days.
  • Candidates on their and subsequent speaking opportunities are limited to campaign updates. This is not to include “hard asks”. If the candidate so desires, their website or other contact information can be listed in the chat. Candidates are limited to a strict 2 minutes.
  • Candidates must be able to meet the minimum registration time of 90 days before endorsement in order to speak.
  • Speaking will take place at the end of meetings, unless special arrangements have been made ahead of time. Proxies will not be accepted for initial visits.
