Dear AD63 Caucus Members and Democratic Clubs,
In accordance with RCDP bylaws, this email serves as required notice for our quarterly AD63 Caucus Meeting, which will be held Monday, March 31, 2025, at 7:00pm via Zoom.
One of the primary agenda items will be the nomination of candidates to fill two current vacancies within our caucus and elect a new AD63 Caucus Chair.
Nomination Process:
- Candidates may either self-nominate or be nominated by any current caucus member.
- All registered Democrats residing within AD63 are eligible to run for this position. This includes, but is not limited to, currently serving alternates to the elected RCDP member.
- The two vacant caucus seats will be filled first, then we will hold the election for Caucus Chair.
Interviews:
- Should there be more candidates nominated than there are vacant seats available, interviews will be conducted during the meeting. We will utilize breakout rooms on Zoom to facilitate these interviews.
